CC-SR: Communication Checklist – Self Report Checklists
The CC‑SR is a Level B self-report questionnaire for individuals aged 10–80 years, designed to identify communication impairments, especially pragmatic language difficulties and social engagement challenges. Developed by Dorothy Bishop, Andrew Whitehouse, and Margo Sharp (2009), the kit includes 70 items (50 on weaknesses, 20 on strengths), Z-scores, scale scores, and percentiles across three composites: Language Structure, Pragmatic Skills, and Social Engagement.
