Shipping & Returns

We distribute assessments exclusively across the Republic of Ireland. Our average delivery time is 7-10 working days, but this may vary depending on the type of material ordered:

• Popular assessments: We aim to keep these in stock for quicker dispatch.
• Specialised assessments (e.g., complete kits, niche or special forms, booklets, books): These items may take longer as they are sourced globally.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch by contacting us at info@assessmentsireland.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it as per our Returns Policy below. Refunds will be processed once the item is received back in its original condition.

For bulk orders, cancellations must be discussed with us in advance.

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect products, you can return it for an exchange or refund. In this case, we will cover the return postage costs.
• If you ordered the wrong assessment, decide it is not suitable, or simply wish to cancel after receiving the item, you may return it, but you will be responsible for both the original delivery charge and the return shipping cost.

In all cases, express authorisation must be obtained by emailing info@assessmentsireland.com before returning any item.

Exceptions

• Any packs of forms, manuals, kits, or books that have been used or have damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@assessmentsireland.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
